Wildcard Wednesdays at Monal
Every Wednesday night from 1 July, we're serving a featured fullblood Wagyu cut in collaboration with Joker Wagyu, which is one of Australia's finest boutique Wagyu labels.
This month: 190g Joker Wagyu Rib Fillet, served with crispy kipfler potatoes with house seasoning, baby cos with anchovy and mustard dressing and parmesan, and house condiments. $55 per person, minimum two people. Add a glass of Domaine Jubain Côtes du Rhône Rouge for $10.

New Winter menu has arrived
The Monal kitchen has been busy.
Think slow-braised beef cheek, handmade agnolotti, a Bangalow pork tomahawk, and an apple tarte tatin that's already causing a stir.

Ease into Sunday with our Monal Sunday Sessions featuring a $20 burger special from 12pm until sold out.
